VITAMIN E
THE BREAKDOWN
Protects cells against free radicals that can cause heart
disease and cancer. Also, they are
the leading protectors of naturals fats, DNA and enzymes
against infections and bacteria.

Vitamin E is absorbed by fats and bile.
WITHDRAWALS
Although it is not common for people to suffer withdrawals
from Vitamin E, symptoms
include fainting, anemia and laziness. Without the proper
amount of Vitamin, the risk of heart
disease and cancer is greatly increased.
NATURAL FORMS
Nuts, seeds, grains, some cereals, eggs and greens all

FIGHTING AGENTS
Cholestyramine and alcohol are the primary blocking agents
for the absorption of Vitamin E.
SUPPLEMENTS
Heart disease, cancer, cataracts, asthma, diabetes,
Alzheimer’s disease and the inability to conceive
have all been treated with Vitamin E supplements.
WARNINGS
DO NOT take supplements if you are already taking drugs
with anticoagulant agents in them, and they should be
